Dr Horndeski's surgery days are ALL DAY Tuesday and Thursday,
HALF DAY on Friday.
We offer a Sports Bra for $45.00 and Lipo garments for $67.00 up to $90.00. We
provide the first Lipo garment ONLY at no charge. We suggest
that you purchase an additional garment for hygiene purposes.
Tests which are NOT included in the price package:-CBC, Urinalysis-EKG-Chest
X-ray, Pathology or Mammogram. You will be billed separately by the hospital for
these tests.
Dr. Horndeski's fee is payable directly to him by cash, check or
Visa/MasterCard/Discover, THREE days prior to surgery. We do
not accept financing except through Medical Financing Solutions or Surgery Loans
ONLY. We have these brochures at our office. Separate payments
should be made to the hospital and anesthesia the day of your pre-operative
visit or the day of surgery.
