Time, gravity and pregnancy produce undesirable changes in the breast.  Women complain that their breasts have dropped lower and more lateral than in their youth.  Plastic surgeons have attempted to reverse these changes with breast lifts and reductions resulting in extensive scarring, inadequate lifting, poor shape with no change in firmness.

Women request breast lift to correct two problems...
  First, the breast mound has moved down the chest wall and decreases the separation of the breast from the abdomen.
